In this new era of AI and automation, companies that don’t adapt could face a dark future. This new entity builds on the creativity and experience of the past and adds a layer of precision and ingenuity. We will not replace design or copywriting with AI – they remain far more creative and appropriate in human hands – but we have streamlined the agency, automating sales and operational functions, and bringing what we learn to clients. Just in the last week we have built a client portal, a marketplace application and 2 websites with the help of AI. The key word there is ‘help’. AI is best as an augmentation tool to human emotional intelligence.
